I'm thinking that no matter how well trained your dog is PUT IT ON A FRELLING LEASH! Your dog may be the sweetest thing on 4 paws, but whomever it encounters might not be as sweet. For the safety of your pets and for the animals and people it encounters keeping it leashed means you can control your pooch quickly in case it gets attacked. For the love of the Gods, leash your pets when out of the home people!

I get annoyed when I see unleashed dogs and when somethings mentioned to the owner, they say "Oh my dog is well trained " BUT when all's said and done, no matter how well trained your dog is, unexpected things happen and dogs will react as dogs do
