What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

I am thinking…that I’m going to put my old rule back in place, which is here to write and publish, and not much more.

This is my second stint on Lit, the first one was marked by some unpleasant experiences with other members and this time around it’s far more pleasant but there’s a few more less than good faith interactions I’ve had on here.

Being a widower hasn’t been easy these last four years, there’s a lot to overthink and rethink and panic, and then step back and see the bigger picture, and it’s fine, but you’re ready/not ready, huh…?

TLDR I think I am just going to enjoy the occasional UK threads I peruse and the writing ones and leave it at that.

I feel better for having said that out loud.

Lit is a strange beast. Everyone has their comfort zones within Lit. I literally stick to ABC games and a few other threads. Beyond that, well tbh, my social anxiety gets tweaked. Hopefully the threads you choose to stick to entertain you

Sorry about your loss. Single life is hard, especially when somewhere like this.

Being here on the forums is only fun if you're enjoying it. @Wild_Honey_66 once told me to "curate your experience" - so I will encourage you to do the same.

Do what makes you smile. Don't rush. Don't try to please anyone but yourself. You're important!
