What's Los Angeles got to do with your spelling fail?
Guess you really couldn't keep up with the rest of the class!

And do you know when he is going to blink? When the TSA stays home. They can't legally strike, of course. But they could stage rolling sick-outs at hub airports like Chicago, Atlanta, JFK and Dallas.
Air travel would be in turmoil. Even the most ardent MAGA brain will get upset if his flight to Mama's funeral is cancelled. Most importantly, American business will NOT be amused....Trump will be forced to fold his tent or we'll see President Pence in a month.
Looks like the end game started today.
FAA has ordered Laguardia (NY), Newark and Philadelphia airports closed to inbound traffic today due to ATC and TSA shortages. They will make a decision on JFK (NY) airport later this morning. JFK had 130 of 228 controllers report for work.
Washington (not sure if Dulles or National) and Jacksonville have cancelled half their flights.
Busiest flying day of the week for corporate America.
YOUR MOVE, MR. PRESIDENT

The mayor of Atlanta in looking in to paying the TSA workers because of the upcoming Super Bowl.
I have always wondered why the gov is required to pay for security for private enterprise.
Make the airlines pay for them.
Who would regulate them? Please think before typing.

Yeah... That plan has worked awesomely privatizing prisons.
Nope.....still Pelosi's move.
You still don't understand how the US government works do you Rob?
I don't have a problem with that, provided good oversight is provided, but we all know how well that's worked for private prisons.I have always wondered why the gov is required to pay for security for private enterprise.

lol Beat me to the obvious.Yeah... That plan has worked awesomely privatizing prisons.
So you'd have no problem with private security for travel at the expense of traveler safety and those companies writing the laws that would be "protecting" travelers. It's apples and oranges but from the company perspective, it was a money maker.
You against making money?
I don't have a problem with that, provided good oversight is provided, but we all know how well that's worked for private prisons.
But it's 100% irrelevant to the current situation.

Well, we know how Ronnie (another (R) ) handled that.
Nope.....still Pelosi's move.

I'm pretty sure the government mandates prison standards. Yet private prisons are shit and the companies running them write the laws.If the FedGov mandated the standards....
Pelosi ain't the one the voters hold accountable for this.
Why is it irrelevant? If the airlines were paying for the TSA screeners, there's be no current issues with airports being shuttered and the TSA employees would be getting PAID right now.

Not to mention that if wrongdoing or negligence are suspected I don't believe private companies are subject to FOIA requests.
Add that to the fact that airlines would bury in the ticket contract that by flying you agree not to file a lawsuit and all disputes will be handled via arbitration with arbitrators selected by the airline.
Kinda like the government regulated financial industry does.
It is not TSA that is shuttering airports ... it is the lack of Air Traffic Controllers.
