I once took a course ( Community College ) in ANSI C ... it was a waste of time and money. Everyone in the class were programmers and understood the basics of the language, the professor ( a retired programmer himself ) decided we would start from the beginning. 90% of the class withdrew four weeks into a ten week course.Stella_Omega said:Is that actually possible?

That would be the course I'd have to take, though...Zeb_Carter said:I once took a course ( Community College ) in ANSI C ... it was a waste of time and money. If you have a programming background or a book that is simplistic in it's teaching and doesn't teach the more complex structures then yes you could learn it in 24 hours. That's three eight hour days or two hours for one day a week for 12 weeks.Stella_Omega said:That would be the course I'd have to take, though...
Ten weeks doesn't sound much like 24 hours!
Which was the collage course that I took - one night a week for two hours each night - so if I would have stuck around I would have learned C in 20 hours.

I'm still writing Transformers. I'm just taking some notes for my Pokemon story, and I write that one when I'm away from home. The TF story is on my word processor on my computer, so that I have easy access to the Database I have of everybody's characters. I'm writing Pokemon on reguler lined paper.Stella_Omega said:What happened to Transformers?![]()
