I've been on lit for more years than I care to admit and have noticed the way that I interact and play here has changed over the years. Like many people, I can go months without logging in or posting but recently I've had an abundance of time on my hands and have spent more time logged in and interacting.

I've discovered there's a number of people who spend a good portion of their day logged in here. Are you one of them? Or are you more of an infrequent poster?

What do your lit habits look like?
And have they changed over time?

I vanish often, but when I am here, I am a frequent multitasker, so I am here a good portion of the day while I am doing other things. Post on a thread or two for a few minutes, do something else for a bit. Weekdays, I am mostly only on during conference calls lol. I used to be here more, vanish less. What can I say, after a few years the excitement wears off.

I’m here way too much. I try to take breaks but I can’t seem to stay away for long. I get comfortable with a group of people and then it changes and I struggle with that. I need more social activity in my real life lol.

Typically, too much time. Covid/Cancer diagnosis left me isolated and lonely more than usual. So, I came here for distraction/interaction.
When I was working. Less time.
With the new update I haven't been able to log in from my phone and I keep telling myself that's probably good. It at least limits my time a little.
Because I am still trying to be careful of my immune system. This is often the place I feel human interactions.

I'm understanding this on a completely new level, moreso than other times I've been on here. I think in times past I stuck to my corner of the Internet which worked well for me. This time around I'm pushing myself to see more of what lit has to offer and I don't think I like it all that much

In the end, my experience and observation is that the best way to Lit is to find people you wish to continue talking to and getting to know OFF of Lit. So make your list and check it twice...And get the hell out of here. Go enjoy your life Doc. I mean it. Don't come back if you dont have to.
