There's a difference between a tweet from an individual later taken down because they fucked up, and the entire Canadian Parliament giving a standing ovation.

It's not like it wasn't known or easily checked beforehand, the dude's got a wiki page telling the world he's a former Nazi.

The problem with your shotgun idea is if the victim is near the criminal there is a good chance they may be hit too. You may be shaking but that doesn't mean everyone will be. An AR-15 isn't cut down military shit. It is a civilian sporter model that fires ONLY semi-automatic and must have a minimum of a 16 inch barrel.
