It seems that the old times in the AH were quite fun as well.

That wasn't the only time someone's husband threatened me. Back when I ran the tag team challenge, the woman I was writing with wanted to talk about how we were going to lay out the story and rather than PM or e-mail back and forth could we do Yahoo messenger. Okay, why not. So we start talking about our characters and just basic this is what he's like this is what she's like. All of a sudden she signs off. An hour later I get a long nasty threatening PM from her husband claiming I was role playing with her he knew I was planning on driving down to PA to fuck her...

I simply replied jealousy is an ugly emotion and go get some help.

But...it gets even better. He ends up apologizing but I told her no way was I writing with her after that circus. She understood and she'd pm me once in awhile and a couple months later she send me a message all excited because they decided to begin swinging and swapped with another couple.

This guy went from "You're role playing with my wife! I'm going to kick you ass" to "Oh, hey there, how about you fuck my wife" at a party.

You really can't make things like this up.

I'd assume the confrontation with you started a very interesting (and apparently consequential) discussion. I would love to have eavesdropped on that one.

Yeah, maybe but I have a feeling the swapping wasn't going to last long. We were part of another forum together for a bit but I left because the whole thing went from people discussing writing to Melrose place with everyone flirting and talking about meeting up-several were married and this would not have been with their spouses knowledge so I bailed out. Being around a bunch of people going through a midlife crisis wasn't my thing.
