What would you tell your younger self if you could travel back in time?

  • Expect more from the people in your life and give them the space to show you what they can do.
  • Take more music classes.
  • Balance your own needs with motherhood and married life. Finding yourself again is harder than you think it will be.
  • Writer letters to your friends and nurture your HS friendships. You are lucky they have done it.
  • Finish college before you have kids. Grad school and children is insanity.
  • Travel solo more.
  • Don't settle in love, friendships, or work. You deserve to be valued and appreciated.
  • Be unapologetic for who you are. Always!

  • Expect more from the people in your life and give them the space to show you what they can do.
This ^, is sometimes not easy to do. Often times people will surprise you. Good or bad! 😆

  • Grad school and children is insanity.

Find Martika earlier on 'The Experience Project'. It will change your life.
Listen to the 'experts'. They know shit for what they've gone through. Do what they say.
Learn to not get so uptight. Relinquish control. You'll be happier.
